Make the water with oxygen through the special sponge iron filter material, the filter material has great surface area, it can make the oxygen in water have a thorough oxidation reaction with iron so that ensure the dissolved oxygen content of yielding water under 0.05 mg/L. The chemical reaction formula: 2Fe2+2H20+02→2Fe(OH)2    2Fe(OH)2+H2O+1/2O2→2Fe(OH)3↓

The reaction products Fe (OH) 2 is the floe soft things, when it is accumulated to a certain level, then feed the backwashing water to  rinse it and  drain away, make it back to the initial deaerating capacity. The working principle is the same as the principle of previous steel cuttings deaerator, but because the sponge is specially made of granular porous loose thing by the patent technology, the specific surface area is 5-100000 times than ordinary steel cuttings, Thus it overcomes the faults such as the unsuccessful results of steel cuttings deaerator and need regular pickling activation, etc, and reaches simple, practical, high efficiency and stability deaeration result. 

 

Main characteristics

1)      Deoxygenize at room temperature, no need for heating, so disadvantages of thermal de-aeration, vacuum deoxidization and energy consumption in necessary heating have been overcome.

2)      High-effective and stable, and usual oxygen bearing in yielding water is below 0.05mg/L, which meets the requirement of national water standard of low pressure boiler.

3)      No special requirement for installation, this has overcome the inconvenience of high installation in thermal de-aeration and vacuum deoxidization.

4)      The controlling modes include manual and automatic modes, which can be selected by the customer.

5)      Simple system, compact equipment with small occupation of area.

6)      Automatic control deaerator with no need of installation of backwash pump. For manual mode, backwash pump is quite necessary to improve the speed of backwashing for long operation term.

When the raw water pressure is enough to overcome the system pressure loss, (general > 0.25 Mpa), and fill the deaerator tank without pressurizing, you can choose the first process.

When the raw water pressure is not enough to overcome the system pressure loss, you can choose the second process and add middle water tank (soft water tank) and pressurized water pump.

Tap water or well water can be used for the backwashing water, but you must meet the backwashing pipe diameter or the backwashing water in technical parameter table.

Deoxygenated water must have measures to keep it away from air, the company can provide matched deaerator tank, or improve the old tank.

Water out from deaerator shall not directly into the boiler or heating system.

Manual equipment can be set the pressure difference between inlet and outlet to increase to 0.05 Mpa, automatic equipment should be set for timing backwashing.
