1. Overview

Storage tanks are used to keep chemical refining from acid, alcohol and gas. Because of the different storage medium, the form of storage tanks is varied. Classification by use: they can be divided into production and storage tank. Classification by form: they can be divided into vertical storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks. Classification by structure: they can be divided into fixed top storage tanks, floating roof storage tanks and spherical storage tanks. Classification by size: the storage tanks with capacity more than 100 m3 are large tanks, many of them are vertical storage tanks; the storage tanks with capacity less than 100 m3 are small tanks, many of them are horizontal tanks. The product in picture is horizontal storage tank.

2. Structure

Capacity of horizontal storage is generally less than 100 m3, they are normally used for production links or gas station. Horizontal storage circumferential weld use lap joint, longitudinal seam use butt joint. Circle plate arranges interactively, take singular, and make the cover diameter be same. Horizontal tank covers are divided into the flat cover and dish cover, flat cover horizontal tank can withstand 40 kPa internal pressure, dish cover horizontal tank can withstand 0.2 Mpa pressure.

3. Product introduction

At present, our production of 0.5-60 T, PP, PVC tank, has been widely used in chemical industry, medicine, dye, chemical fiber, metallurgy, textile industry etc, storage all kinds of corrosive medium. They have advantages about anticorrosive, life long, since light weight, high strength, transportation safety, convenient maintenance.
