Rotating-film deaerator is a new type of deaerating plant, its heat and mass is jet flow and rotating-film. It has two levels of deoxidize process, level 1 is the rotating-film deoxidize, level 2 is packing depth deoxidize.

Characteristics

1)      Deoxidize effect is good. Due to the big heat transfer coefficient of film type nozzle of the rotating-film deaerator, its heat transfer area is large, and the heat transfer effect is excellent. Inlet and outlet temperature rise is big, temperature of water under the water film skirt has close to the saturated temperature, so the rotating-film deaerator can remove more than 98% of the dissolved oxygen.

2)      Strong adaptability. Under the condition that the dissolved oxygen of inflow water is high, temperature of inlet water is low and peak shaving operation of steam turbines, we all can ensure the deoxidize effect.

3)      Safety performance is good. In any condition it won't produce vibration.

4)      Save energy. Exhaust steam are reduced 50%.

5)      It’s suitable for sliding pressure operation.
