Muffler is the main equipment that let the air through without sound and controls the dynamic noise of air. AXXY series muffler of our company is frequency conversion and attracting through the hole injection components and impedance components. It is appropriate for the exhaust and silencing of boiler steam and the start of heating furnace and oven,and it is appropriate for the exhaust and silencing of other gas(such as air superheated steam, saturated steam, nitrogen, oxygen and the additional gas of air compressor and fan). Products are proved that their silencing performance is good, the noise reduction can be more than 30dB (A), so that is fully conforming to the hygiene standards of the national <industrial enterprise noise>.

Installation guidelines

1). Exhaust muffler should be installed perpendicularly to the workshop, the pedestal of muffler should be fixed to workshop with steel supports.

2). To increase the high altitude wind resistance ability of the workshop, exhaust muffler body uses propsupport, therefore, exhaust pipe before exhaust muffler should have an expansion bend to absorb heat, but ,if the original exhaust pipe section has already equipped with drain  disc in vertical direction, the  expansion bend should avoid outfit.

3). The bottom of exhaust muffler is designed with drain pipes or holes, you should check and ensure the orifice unblocked.

4). The exhaust pipe crosses the hole of platform of workshop roof, a rain cover should be made out of sheet steel.

5). To safety gate, in principle a safety gate should be equipped with a silencer, single-seater and two-seater are the two kinds of safety gate, exhaust pipes can be merged into a main pipe to connected with muffler when install two-seater safety gate, but if the displacement of two-seater safety gate is big, you can also install two mufflers.

6). To small displacement of exhaust muffler such as deaerator and shoot steam type suction device, they should be designed into tubular shape so that can be installed expediently. Exhaust muffler should be installed vertically along the wall and column of workshop. Set steel sliding stents on the wall and column, set up the muffler and pipe on them, the discharger of muffler should be set to the direction of roof. Pay attention that when the muffler out of factory, it has a fixed support, when install it with the sliding support, the fixed support is need not.
